Position: Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist

ForceBeyond is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join in our growing team!

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement digital content, SEO and social media programs with knowledge of Google Analytics/Adwords, Facebook Business, etc
  • Manage all of our social media channels across Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Maintain newsletter and email lead building
  • Create graphics and images as needed
  • Write and publish of press releases

The qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or similar degree
  • 3 to 5 years of digital & social media marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with content marketing, social, and email marketing
  • Analytical with the ability to measure the results of social media and marketing efforts. Adjust as necessary by using data for making decisions
  • Experience with creating images and graphics

ForceBeyond is seeking an Outside Manufacturing Sales Representative to join in our growing team! This position will serve regions of Midwest and/or West and/or Mexico and/or Canada.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting, Negotiating and closing sales orders
  • Servicing existing accounts and growing new accounts
  • Making sales presentations using up-to-date market information
  • Maintaining pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising, techniques, etc.

Position: Financial Officer and Operation Manager

ForceBeyond is seeking a Financial Officer and Operation Manager to join in our growing team!

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities as Financial Officer:

  • Review book keeping records, maintain a qualified, competent accounting staff providing discipline and reviews
  • Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables, review accounts receivable for accuracy, reasonableness and timely payment
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
  • Monitor accounting and financial procedures and processes
  • Ensure accuracy of all purchasing, logistics, scheduling, accounting, HR, inventory
  • Review detailed general ledger and supporting documentation for accuracy and reasonableness, making adjustments and provide training as appropriate
  • Prepare financial statements, or other financial reports
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns
  • Advise about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts
  • Processing payroll on a timely basis (utilizing an outside payroll processor)

Position: Technical Project Manager

ForceBeyond is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to fill a full time Technical Project Manager.

The prospective candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to read technical 2D and 3D drawings. Must be willing and able to research customers and vendors to identify the best fit based on company needs and cost competitiveness.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Technical sales support to sales team and colleagues
  • Able to help sales team to identify opportunities
  • Able to help sales team on negotiating with customers to close sales order
  • Manage relationship with customers
  • Able to negotiate pricing with vendors/suppliers
  • Develop detailed project plan to monitor production schedule and track progress

Position: Product Development Engineer

Requirements:

  • Apply technical and practical knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals to create new design or refine existing designs that meet reliability, schedule, cost and quality goals;
  • Use engineering knowledge to create the control plan and process flow as the guidebook for the production process;
    Develop the validation plan for new or modified products and ensure product compliance with the industry guidelines and customer requirements;
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of new product by mechanics analysis and simulation; Working with sale professional to provide customer technical support for newly developed products and for optimization of existing products;
  • Stay up to date on any code, environment, performance standards and evolving technologies;
  • Provide technical guidance to the management team for strategy shift based on new technologies and industry trends;
  • Develop creative and new solutions to assist in growing the business into new markets;
  • Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Flexible to travel domestically (around 20 days per year) and internationally (about 10 days per year)
