Position: Product Development Engineer

Apply technical and practical knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals to create new design or refine existing designs that meet reliability, schedule, cost and quality goals; Use engineering knowledge to create the control plan and process flow as the guidebook for the production process; Develop the validation plan for new or modified products and ensure product compliance with the industry guidelines and customer requirements; Analyze and evaluate the performance of new product by mechanics analysis and simulation; Working with sale professional to provide customer technical support for newly developed products and for optimization of existing products; Stay up to date on any code, environment, performance standards and evolving technologies; Provide technical guidance to the management team for strategy shift based on new technologies and industry trends; Develop creative and new solutions to assist in growing the business into new markets. Position: Full-time Sales Representative

ForceBeyond is hiring a full-time sales representative.

Base salary plus great commission.

Forcebeyond Inc, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, we specialize in engineering design and development, and deliver to our customers engineered parts and components.

With our casting solutions of aluminum die casting and zinc die casting, investment casting, forging and sand casting, ForceBeyond offers cutting edge parts and components, engineered precision parts and components to the automotive industry, machinery industry, petroleum industry, chemical industry, electrical industry, aerospace industry and others.

To support this sale position, the company will offer in-depth product / technical training, provide the prospect database to follow up, and run rigorous marketing campaigns to generate more leads, and cover all approved travel expenses.

This position entails:

  • Source new prospects through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and social media targeting
  • Develop new customers and new relationships to grow our customer base
  • Facilitate pricing quotation by working with inside engineering and production management team
  • Manage existing customers to foster sales growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience in prospecting from cold calls to social media campaigns
  • Minimum of 1-year related sales experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing industries
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as required
  • Bachelor in engineering field is preferred.
